Know about Your Ingredients and Recipe:

De Arbol Pepper: It’s milder than cayenne pepper and delivers a smoky or nutty flavor to our dish.

Ancho Chili Pepper: This mild spice may deliver good color and add a fruity note to the flavors.

Guajillo Chili: Guajillo chili pepper is great for marinades, salsas or sauce. Not to mention, guajillo chili can enhance the flavors of the meat.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Olive oil can help us redeem our dish’s spicy and savory flavor.

Sweet Onion: We need a little sweetness in the chili, and sweet onion is the best choice.

Garlic Cloves: Most people use dried garlic powder for cooking texas chili. However, fresh garlic can add a depth of flavor to your Texas chili.

Red Bell Pepper: It will add bold flavor to the dish.

Fresno Chile Pepper: We need Fresno chile pepper as a flavoring agent. Further, it will add bright color to the sauce.

Anaheim Chile Pepper: We want our chile spicy, and Anaheim chile pepper can deliver a good kick.

Beef Chuck Roast: Braised beef chuck roast, which will become tender. For our chili, we want that texture in the meat.

Ground Beef: Ground beef is the least expensive over any type of meat. You can use turkey meat or chicken meat – but the chili will become paler.

All-purpose Flour: This ingredient will help us gain a gravy-like texture.

Chili Powder: Need for seasoning the meat.

Ground Cumin: Cumin powder will add a nutty and earthy aroma to the dish.

Black Pepper: Generally, black pepper can absorb essential nutrients or plant compounds.

Cayenne Pepper: It’s hotter than paprika, and we want cayenne pepper for adding spiciness.

Mexican Beer: Beer can add more flavors and an excellent texture to our chili. For our Guy’s fiery chili, we need 1 bottle of 12 ounces Mexican beer.

Beef Stock: It’s a good alternative for water and can tenderize the meat fast.

Kosher Salt: This type of salt is less intense but has a purely salty taste.

Cilantro: Cilantro is perfect for a fresh aroma and flavor among all the spiciness and bold flavors.
