Beef Round (2 Pounds)

Take 2 pounds of beef round and slice them into thin pieces. Wash the beef slices and keep them in a bowl.

Salt (1 Tsp)

Salt you need to make this recipe is 1 tsp. If you want to get the additional flavor can use kosher salt. In this case, you’ll have to use only ½ tsp of kosher salt. Because kosher salt is saltier than regular white salt. 

All-Purpose Flour (½ Cup)

For a good texture, you must coat the beef slices with flour. It will bring a crispy texture while frying on the pan. To coat the 2 pounds of beef round, you need ½ cup of all-purpose flour. Flour, you can use any type that is available at your house. 

Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp)

To make this tasty treat, you don’t have to spend cups of oil. It requires only 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. You can substitute vegetable oil with coconut oil, canola oil, or even with regular cooking oil. 

Butter (4 Tbsp)

Adding butter is optional. If you want an extraordinary smell, take 4 tbsp of butter. Keep the butter in a room temperature and let it melt. You can use directly frozen butter too. 

Shallot (1 Cup)

If you don’t have a shallot, go for the regular onion. Shallot and onion are almost the same. Take 1 cup of chopped shallot/ onion. 

Black Pepper (1 Tsp)

You need 1 tsp of black pepper to season the round steaks. 

Garlic (2 Cloves)

Take 2 cloves of chopped garlic for an added flavor. 

Beef Stock (3 Cups)

To make a creamy soup, you’ll need 3 cups of beef stock. 

Bay Leaf & Thyme (1 Each)

Wine ( Cup)

Add garlic and wine after 6 minutes of stirring. Stir for 1 minute. Now add the beef stock and mix it with other ingredients.
