Pre-Baked Bread (1)

Dressing 

Mayonnaise- ¾ Cup

Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 1 ½ Tbsp

Step-1

Take a large bowl because you have lots of ingredients to mix. In the first step, take chopped iceberg lettuce, red onion, plum tomato, cubed smoked provolone, ham steak, and generous salami.
