  • ½ Pound Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Dry oregano
  • 1/4 Tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 Lemon juice 2 Full Lemon
  • 2 Scoops Parsley Small

Instructions

  • Heat the grill to medium-high.
  • Place the rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.
  • Cut down both sides of the chicken's backbone with kitchen shears and remove it.
  • Place the chicken skin-side down on the hot grill rack after you have oiled the grill grates and removed the chicken from the marinade.
  • To weigh down the chicken, place two foil-covered bricks on top. Place the bricks on the grill for 20 minutes, then remove them and flip them over.
  • Cook for 15 to 20 more minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Before carving the chicken, let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • With lemon slices, serve the chicken on spinach.
