Milk (4 Cups)

Preheat your oven to 350° F (180° C).

Put a large size saucepan with 4 cups of water. And cook the macaroni in it for 5 minutes at medium heat. (Follow the instructions given on the packet).

Make the sauce at the same time as the pasta cooking. It will save you time. So, Put another pot on the stove at medium-low heat. Give butter and let it melt. When the butter is melted, add flour and whisk for 5 minutes. Continue whisking, or the flour will burn.

Add milk gradually into the flour and let it mix properly. Let the flour and milk thicken. Keep stirring for 5 minutes.

Once the mixture is thickened enough, add ¾ of the cheese gradually and stir for 5 minutes. In these 5 minutes, the cheeses will be melted and mixed with the sauce. Now add the salt and pepper.

  • Put another pot on the stove at medium-low heat. Melt the butter and whisk flour into the butter for 5 minutes.
  • Mix milk with the flour and let the flour and milk thicken. Keep stirring for 5 minutes.
  • Once the mixture is thickened enough, add ¾ of the cheese gradually and stir for 5 minutes.
  • Now add the salt and pepper.
  • Heat off the stove and drain the water from the pasta.
  • Take a 12-Inch round baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
