Avocados (2)

Peel the avocado and remove the seed. To remove the seed, you must cut it in half. It will be easier for the seed removal job. 

Jalapenos (2)

Take your jalapenos and de-seed and also de-stem them. Now chop them into small pieces. If you want more heat, avoid de-seeding the jalapeno. However, we prefer removing the seeds.

Vinegar (2 Tsp)

Adding vinegar to this dish will help making a good balance among other ingredients. Also, offer a good texture and flavor. So, take 2 tsp of vinegar.

Salt (1 ½ Tsp)

Considering the number of other ingredients, adding 1 ½ tsp of salt will be perfect to taste. 

Fresh Cilantro (1 Cup)

Adding fresh cilantro to the avocado salsa will bring a nice flavor. Take the cilantro leaves and wash them properly. You don’t have to chop them. Just keep them aside in a bowl.

Onion (½ Cup)

Take a small-sized onion and peel it. This time cut the onion into quarters and keep it aside in a bowl. 

Water (1 ½ Cups)

You’ll need 1 ½ cups of water to prepare this recipe. Not more or less than that amount.

Take your blender and pour all the ingredients in half of the amount. This means you need to blend one-half of all the ingredients in the first phase. In two batches, you’ll have to blend them. For example, you’ll take 1 cup of vinegar, 1 cup of cilantro, 1 avocado, ½ onion, etc.

So, Npw blends the first batch of ingredients all together. And keep the other half ingredients as they are.
