Flank Steak (1 ½ Pound)

Garlic (2 Cloves)

 Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp)

Lime Juice (¼ Cup)

Flour Tortillas (7)

We’ll make this dish for 7 servings. So, the number of flour tortillas is 7. Take the number of tortillas as per your serving size. If you want to save time, use the store-bought flour tortillas. 

Sour Cream (1 Cup)

Cilantro (½ Cup)

How to Make Chili’s Steak Fajitas?

Step-1

In the very first step, you need to make the steak fajitas seasoning mix. Thus, take a small mixing bowl and take onion powder, chili powder, chili flakes, salt, and cumin powder. 

Step-2

This time take the bell peppers and slice them up. Slice them into little stripes. All these three bell peppers will be in the same size and stripe style.

Step-3

Take all the chopped veggies over to the stove. Put a pan on the stove and put oil. Let the oil warm for seconds at medium-high heat. Now add all the chopped veggies to the oil.

Instructions

  • Saute all the chopped vegetables with olive oil  for 10 minutes at medium-high heat 
  • This time, add half of the fajitas seasoning mix and minced garlic and cook for 5 minutes at medium-low heat
  • Remove the sauteed vegetables in a bowl and keep aside
  • Now, in the same pans cook the steak with seasoning mix and minced garlic for 5 minutes at medium-high heat
  • This time, add the sauteed veggies with cooked steak and mix them well. Add lime juice and give a good stir to mix. Cook for 1 minute. Your steak is ready
  • Now take the flour tortillas and pour 2 tbsp of sour cream, and chopped cilantro in the tortillas
  • Roll the tortillas and serve

Tips

  • Add soya sauce while sauteeing the vegetables, It will increase the taste
  • If you like heat, add 3 chopped jalapenos 
  • Before removing the vegetables from pan, add chopped parsley to add a natural herb flavor
