Now sprinkle the spice mixture into fillets and mix them well.

Put your skillet on the stove to fry the salmon fillets. Put butter and canola oil in it and let them warm at low heat. Once the butter is melted, give the salmon fillets and fry them on medium-high heat for 10 minutes (each side for 5 minutes). Flip up the fillets after 5 minutes.
