2 ½ Lbs of Brussels Sprouts, Finely Trimmed
2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp of Fresh Thyme, Roughly Minced
1 Tsp of Kosher Salt
¼ Tsp of Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
2 Tbsp of Lemon or Lime Juice
6 Strips of Bacon, Finely Cooked
How Do You Grill Brussel Sprouts Step by Step:
Grilling sprouts recipe is pretty easy. In a grill pan with high heat and little bit of your carefulness, you can prepare the dish with oil, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Let’s jump to the grilled balsamic brussel sprouts recipe steps.
Step 1: At first, heat a grill pan to its max heat.
Step 2: Heat the grilling temperature for 12 minutes.
Step 3: Take out a medium-sized mixing bowl and add 2 ½ lbs of Brussels sprouts, 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp of minced thyme, 1 tsp of kosher salt, and ¼ tsp of freshly cracked black pepper. Stir them together.
Step 4: Place the Brussels sprout mixture in a single layer on the grill and cook evenly.
Step 5: While cooking, stir the brussels sprouts often until tender.
Now, transfer the California fish grill Brussel sprouts to the serving platter and drizzle a fresh lemon juice. Add bacon if desired.

1 1/2 Lbs of Brussels Sprouts (about 680 G)
3 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (about 45 Ml)
1 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar (about 15 Ml)
1 Tsp of Kosher Salt or to Taste
½ Tsp of Freshly Ground Black Pepper or to Taste
Methods of Preparing Roasted Balsamic Brussel Sprouts Step by Step:
Step 1: First of all, you need to set the oven for preheating at the temperature of 375 degrees F(medium-high).
Step 2: Prepare the Brussels sprouts by peeling the upper portion, trimming the end, and cutting them in halves.
Step 3: Bring out a large bowl and pour 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp of kosher salt, and ½ tsp of freshly ground black pepper. Toss them to combine or with a spoon mix them finely.
Step 4: Add the prepared brussels sprouts and toss again. Make sure the mixture coat evenly.
Step 5: Prepare a baking sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and spread the brussels sprouts.
Step 6: Place the baking sheet pan in the oven and roast or bake for 15 minutes.
Step 7: Carefully remove the baking sheet pan from the oven and flip them to cut the side up.
Step 8: Place the pan back again into the oven and roast for 15 minutes more or until you notice a gentle brown color.
Remove from the oven and serve warm!
California Fish Grill Brussel Sprouts Recipe
- 2 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- ¼ tbsp Freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp Lemon or lime juice
- 6 strips Cooked bacon
- Prepare Brussels sprouts and add them to a large bowl with oil, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the grill pan to high and cook for 12 minutes.
- When done, transfer to a serving bowl
- Top with bacon and lemon juice.
I think these two recipes are best cause it tastes so good and doesn’t even take time. However, prepare at home and surprise your family members. I can assure you that your children would never be bored eating veggies.
