Buttery crackers: Buttery crackers are full of calories. 2 cups of buttery round crackers will add crispiness to our recipe. Make sure you have cracked it very finely while using. I usually place the crackers in a plastic bag, then beat them with a rolling pin. It’s an easy technique. 

Cream of mushroom soup: It’s the best kind of soup for the heart and the flavor of cream of mushroom soup adds a great taste to our recipe. Measure 3 cups of condensed cream of mushroom soup.

Egg Boiling

Step 1: Take a Saucepan

Step 2: Take cold water in the pan and place your 6 pcs of eggs in the water.

Step 5: Cover the pan and let your eggs stand in the hot water at least for 8 to 10 minutes.

Layering

Step 1: Take a 2-quart casserole dish.

Step 2: Grease the dish with olive oil

Step 4: Put 1 and ½ can of condensed cream mushroom soup over the asparagus 

Step 5: Place 3 eggs and 1 cup of the buttery round crushed crackers over it. 

Step 6: Then repeat the mentioned layering’s with the remaining ingredients.

Baking

Step 1: Now preheat your oven at a high temperature to 350 degrees F

Step 2: Cover the casserole dish properly and let it bake in the preheated oven at least for 30 minutes. 

Step 3: After 30 minutes remove the dish from the oven

Step 4: Unwrap the cover and add the grated cheddar cheese top of the baked layer.

Step 5: Now Cover it again and let it bake in the oven for an additional 3 to 5minutes, within this time the cheese will melt properly

Ingredients

  • 4 Cans Green giant asparagus
  • 6 pcs Eggs
  • 2 Cup Buttery round crackers
  • 3 Cans Cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 oz Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Boil your egg in a saucepan with water for  8 to 10 minutes.
  • Grease a 2 qtr. casserole  dish with olive oil
  • Starts layering by placing 2 cans of asparagus on the dish on the bottom of the dish then Put 1 and ½ can have condensed cream mushroom soup over the asparagus and Place 3 eggs and 1 cup of the buttery round crushed crackers over it.
  • Now preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, cover the layered asparagus and bake it at least for 30 minutes
  • Unwrap the cover and add the grated cheddar cheese top of the baked layer and cover again
  • Bake for additional 5 minutes.

Tips

Tip 1: You can add chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom soup if you are allergic to mushroom
