Chilean Sea Bass (1 Pound)

Purchase a packet of Chilean sea bass of 1 pound. You also can use fresh bass. Now take the 1 pound of Chilean bass and cut it into less than 1-inch thick pieces. No need to remove the skin for this recipe. Still, if you prefer having skinless fillets, removing the skin won’t make any difference.  

 Miso (1 Tbsp)

Miso is a Japanese cooking ingredient used to increase flavor in recipes. It’s a combination of soya beans and rice. Miso is also made of soya beans and barley sometimes. It’s a paste of these two elements.

Mirin (2 Tbsp)

Step-1

In a mixing bowl, take BBQ sauce, Miso, and mirin and stir for 5 minutes to mix them properly. After 5 minutes of stirring, if you see the mixture isn’t smooth yet, keep stirring for 3 more minutes.

Step-3

Take a baking pan and spread foil paper over the pan. Now grease the sheet with butter or cooking oil.  This time, put the seasoned bass pieces on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 400° F. Flip up halfway and make sure both sides are baked properly.
