Chinese BBQ Pork Sauce
Instructions
Mix the BBQ sauce, Miso, and mirin and stir for 5 minutes to mix them well.
Take the Chilean bass fillets and season them in the sauce mixture.
Refrigerate seasoned fillets for 10 minutes at least.
Take a baking pan and spread foil paper over the pan. Now grease the sheet with butter or cooking oil.
Bake them for 20 minutes at 400° F. Flip up halfway.
Your dish is ready.
Serve and enjoy.
Tips
Bake your fish fillets until the temperature reaches 140° F internally.
To get a unique flavor in the baked bass, add paprika to the sauce mixture.
Adding tomato sauce of 2 tbsp will also increase the taste of your today’s recipe.
Soaking the fillets in milk before you season will remove the fishy odor.
