PF Chang’s Pepper Steak Ingredients
Ingredients that you require are the following-
Dark Soya Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Take only 1 tbsp of this dark soya sauce. It will thicken up the mixture and will bring a dark brown color to your dish.
Soya Sauce (8 Tbsp)
To marinate the beef pieces, you’ll need 8 tbsp of soya sauce. It will help marinate the beef steaks and also saute the pepper steaks. You won’t apply the 8 tbsp of soya sauce at a time.
Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp)

How to Make PF Chang’s Pepper Steak?

This time, add chopped onion and salt. We’ve added onion after all the elements because onion is less dense than bell pepper, garlic, and ginger.
When the bell pepper and onion are sauteed well, add fried beef steaks, sauteed sauce mixture, and the cornstarch slurry. Stir them to combine well. Cook them for 5 minutes.
