Ground & Grated Ginger (2 Tbsp Each)

Butter (3/4 Cups)

Vanilla Extract (2 Tsp)

Molasses (1 Tbsp)

Milk Powder (½ Cup) 

Adding milk powder to the batter will bring a creamy flavor to your cookies. 

Espresso Coffee (1 tbsp) 

We want to get the coffee flavor in our cookies because everyone, from kids to adults, like having coffee-flavored cookies. So, we’ll take 1 Tbsp of espresso coffee. Taking liquid espresso is preferable.

Baking Soda (1 Tsp)

For 2 ½ cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda is perfect. It will be enough to make the batter fluffy.

Cinnamon & Nutmeg (1 Tsp Each)

How to Make Gingerbread Latte?

Step-1

Add butter, sugar, molasses, coffee, vanilla, and egg to your blender. Blend at high speed. Keep blending until the mixture become fluffy and foamy. 

Step-2

This time, you need to add other ingredients like cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, milk powder, nutmeg, and salt. And blend them to mix well. 

Step-3

You can now add flour to make the batter finally. At this stage, you have to add the flour slowly, or else it can be stuck like a ball in one place and won’t mix with the mixture.

Step-4 

Transfer the dough to a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. After an hour, take out the bowl of dough. Now take 1 scoop of dough and make 1 ball each time. Roll the dough on your palm to make balls. You can make a design with pork. 

Step-5

Take a baking sheet and place the cookies on it.
