Milk Powder (½ Cup)

Adding milk powder to the batter will bring a creamy flavor to your cookies.

Espresso Coffee (1 tbsp)

We want to get the coffee flavor in our cookies because everyone, from kids to adults, like having coffee-flavored cookies. So, we’ll take 1 Tbsp of espresso coffee. Taking liquid espresso is preferable.

Baking Soda (1 Tsp)

For 2 ½ cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda is perfect. It will be enough to make the batter fluffy.

Cinnamon & Nutmeg (1 Tsp Each)

For a mild flavor, cinnamon is the best spice. It will add heat as well. 1 tsp of this spice will be enough. You’ll also need to add 1 tsp of nutmeg for a savory flavor. Although nutmeg is sweet, it’s not sugary.

Salt (1 Tsp)

Add butter, sugar, molasses, coffee, vanilla, and egg to your blender. Blend at high speed. Keep blending until the mixture become fluffy and foamy.

This time, you need to add other ingredients like cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, milk powder, nutmeg, and salt. And blend them to mix well.

Therefore, add the flour slowly and let it mix properly. Once the flour is mixed well, your batter is ready to make the cookies.

Transfer the dough to a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. After an hour, take out the bowl of dough. Now take 1 scoop of dough and make 1 ball each time. Roll the dough on your palm to make balls. You can make a design with pork.

Take a baking sheet and place the cookies on it.

Once you’ve finished making cookies with the entire dough, your cookies are ready to bake. Bake them in your oven at 375°F for 10 minutes.  Check out whether the center of the cookies is baked well. If not, bake for 10 more minutes.
