Cilantro Leaves (½ Cup)

Take ½ cup of fresh cilantro leaves. 

Whole Milk (2 Cups)

To make the mixture thicker and creamy, you’ll require 2 cups of whole milk. 

Garlic (3 Cloves)

For Costa Vide queso, you need little garlic for an added flavor. Take 3 cloves of garlic and chop them. 

Yellow Onion (1 Cup)

Take 1 or 2 medium yellow onions and chop them into small pieces. Take 1 cup of chopped onion. 

Jalapenos (2)

Cheddar Cheese (3 Cups)

Pepper Jeck Cheese  (2 Cups)

Salt (1 Tsp)

How to Make Costa Vida Queso Dip?

You can simply make this dish as instructed below-


Put a saucepan on the stove and put oil in it. Let the oil warm over medium heat. Once the oil is heated, add chopped onion, garlic cloves, diced jalapenos, and salt. Keep sauteing for 5 minutes.

Once the spices are softened and sauteed well, add diced tomatoes. Keep stirring for 5 minutes.

When the tomatoes become softened, add cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese. Also, you have to add whole milk to the mixture. And keep stirring the cheese, milk, tomatoes, and other spices. Continue heating over medium heat for 5 minutes.
