Melted Butter (2 Tbsp)

Take 2 tbsp of unsalted melted butter. If the butter isn’t melted, keep it at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking. Adding butter will bring a thick texture to your recipe.

Minced Garlic & Ginger (1 Tsp Each)

How to Make Benihana Hibachi Shrimp?

Put your pan on the stove and let it warm for 1 minute. After that, put vegetable oil, butter, garlic, and ginger. Saute them for 5 minutes at medium-low heat.


When the garlic and ginger are sautéed well, add chopped zucchini and sliced onion. Sauté them for 5 minutes. 


Now, add soya sauce, salt, and black pepper and mix well with the zucchini. Stire the content to mix them all together. Keep sauteeing for 5 more minutes. Make sure everything is softened well. 


You’re almost done to make your dish. If the vegetables are softened well, it’s now time to add shrimp. So, add shrimp and keep stirring for 5 minutes.
