Instructions
Saute vegetable oil, butter, garlic, and ginger for 5 minutes at medium-low heat
Add chopped zucchini and sliced onion and saute them for 5 minutes
Now, add soya sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stire them for 5 more minutes
Add shrimp and keep stirring for 5 minutes
Your dish is ready to serve
