Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the 00 flour and active yeast. Stir to distribute evenly.
Add honey and kosher salt to the flour mixture.
Use your fingers to work the unsalted butter into the dough until it crumbles evenly.
Mix in eggs, olive oil, milk, and water. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Knead the dough gently for about 5 minutes.
Shape the dough into breadstick or small loaf shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
Bake an additional 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
