Ingredients

wheat flour
hard, white

cup
cold water

salt

organic olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Combine all ingredients in a bowl to form the dough.
Knead for 3 minutes.
Divide into 8 small balls and flatten them into thin rounds.
Prick each round with a fork.
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool then…enjoy!
Tips
For a crispier texture, roll the dough thinner.
Feel free to add herbs, spices, or even grated cheese to enhance the flavor!
