Instructions
Boil the Bressel sprouts in hot boil water for 1 minute
Transfer them into an ice bath and let them cool for 10 minutes
Take out the sprouts from the ice bath and set them on a dry kitchen towel
Fry the sprouts for 10 minutes at medium-low heat and transfer the, to a bowl
Fry the lardon and fry them for 5 minutes at medium heat
Transfer the lardon to a bowl with a paper towel to strain off additional oil
This time, put all the spicy elements on the pan and mix them well
Then add fried lardon and sprouts. Continue stirring the ingredients to mix with the spicy elements.
Keep tossing the sprouts and lardon for 10 minutes at medium-low heat
Your dish is ready to serve
Tips
To add heat to the dish, add spicy chili sauce
Add 2 tbsp of chopped jalapenos to increase heat
