Instructions
Mix cornstarch and water in a bowl
Put a Dutch on your stove at high heat. And stir the chicken stock for 1 minute
Add salt, pepper, and sesame oil to the chicken stock and stir for 5 minutes
Now, add the cornstarch mixture and beaten egg to the stock mixture. Cook for 5 more minutes at high heat
Heat off the stove
Spread the chopped scallions on the top of the soup and serve.
Tips
dding parsley will bring an added flavor
You can add some vegetables according to your taste. It will taste delicious
