Instructions
Mix the ginger and garlic paste with the minced beef
Keep rolling the beef into your palms to form a flat shape patty
Now season the patty with salt and pepper powder
Fry the patty with butter on your pan at medium-low heat fr 5 minutes
Put the Swiss cheese on top of the patty while the patty is brown. And then remove from the pan after 2 minutes
Now take the burger buns and give them a quick fry on the pan for 1 minute
Take one burger bun and put the patties on it.
Next, add 2 tbsp of mushroom sauce on top of the patties
Then put the next bun on top of all ingredients
Your dish is ready
Dip it into the cheese sauce and enjoy
Tips
Adding a yolk in each patty will make the burger more delicious.
If you like veggies, add tomato slice, lettuce, and dill pickle slices in the filling.
Don’t skip adding beef fat. Adding fat will increase the taste.
