Instructions
Mix the butter and crushed crackers together
Now take an acrylic cake box and put the mixture in it. Set the box aside to chill.
Mix the gelatin powder and water and set aside
Now in another bowl, take cream cheese and sugar and mix with a hand mixture
When mixed well, add Whipping cream and mix well
Melt the gelatin using hot water
Pour the hot gelatin into cream cheese and mix
Now take the box of crust and rub some salted caramel sauce on the edges of the box
Now add the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust and refrigerate overnight
Take out the box from your fridge and pour salted caramel sauce over the chilled mixture
Once you finished spreading the caramel sauce, put leche flan on top and refrigerate for 1 hour
Your dish is ready to enjoy
Tips
To get a tangy flavor, top the cheesecake with sour cream.
Raspberries can be another food item to top the cake.
To get the best result, refrigerate the cheesecake for a minimum of 4 hours. And if you can refrigerate it overnight, it will taste even better.
The texture of your cheesecake should be soft .
