Instructions
Boil chopped potatoes, garlic cloves, and salt in a saucepan for 10 minutes at high heat
Drain water from boiled potatoes
Place the boiled potatoes into the pan right back while draining the water. Keep the heat low to reduce extra water
Keep the pan on the stove for 2 to 3 minutes and then heat off the stove
Add milk and butter in a jar and keep the jar in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the butter
Pour the milk and butter mixture into the potato and mix well
Now mash the potatoes
Mix black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley
