Instructions
Add crumbled sausage, celery, bell pepper, and carrot in a Dutch oven. Continue stirring for 5 minutes.
Now add the Italian seasoning, salt, and garlic. Stir for 2 minutes at medium-low heat.
This time add the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer for 10 minutes
Add pasta and cook it for 10 more minutes
Add chopped spinach and stir to mix
This time, spread the parmesan on the top and serve
