Instructions
Mix vanilla, vegetable oil, egg, and sugar.
Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon into the liquid mixture. Keep mixing until smooth.
Now fold the entire mixture with chopped walnuts and then sliced apples.
Grease a baking pan and pour the batter into the pan.
Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.
Let the baked cake cool for 20 minutes.
Now cut it into a square or triangle shape and serve.
Tips
Adding powdered milk to the batter will increase the taste.
You must put the eggs at room temperature if they are kept in the fridge. The cold egg will spoil the taste.
You also can apply 1 cup of melted butter into the batter for an added taste.
Wrap the cake with foil paper and then put it in airtight container and refrigerate. You can eat the cake for 7 days maximum.
