Instructions
Put oil and add the cube-sized beef and salt to a large pan.
Sear them until becomes brown for 5 minutes.
Add butter and let it melt. Now add onion and keep stirring the onion until they are translucent.
Add other ingredients.
Now add carrot and, garlic, black pepper to the beef and keep stirring for 5 minutes.
It’s now time to add broth or water, whatever you have and simmer for 2 hours long at medium-low heat.
Add potatoes after 2 hours of cooking. And cover it again and let simmer for 1 more hour at medium-low heat.
