Instructions
Start by making the filling first. Dice the strawberries finely and then coat them in powdered sugar.
Add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream in a bowl, and then mix it with a mixer. Make the mix smooth.
For the custard, add milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and some leftover vanilla extract and mix them well.
Take the pieces of bread and then place the cream cheese mix on them.
Place the strawberries in between two pieces of bread.
Place the bread in a flat bowl.
Pour the custard mixture on top of the bread.
Keep the mix in the freezer overnight.
In the morning, take out the flat bowl.
Add brown sugar, flour, and butter on top of the French toast mix.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cook it until there's a brown crisp on top.
