Instructions
Take a saucepan and let it warm at medium heat.
Now put the butter and stir until melted.
Once the butter is melted, add onion and saute until soft.
Sprinkle plain flour and keep stirring for 2 minutes at low heat.
Add milk to your flour when seems bubbling. Keep whisking for 1 minute.
Add cheese and continue whisking.
Now add salt, pepper, and sugar and stir for 3 minutes.
This time add the frozen corn and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
Tips
Adding potato and Jalapenos enhances the taste..
Adding a mixture of cornstarch and water makes the corn less watery.
Add some water while reheating your leftover. It will make it less thick.
Stirring 5 more minutes than the cooking time will reduce extra water if any And make the corn less watery.
