Skippy Peanut Butter

Regular Butter

All-Purpose Flour
½

Brown Sugar
½
Cup
White/ Regular Sugar

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350° F.
Take a mixing bowl and mix the baking powder and flour.
Now incorporate together the skippy butter, white sugar, and brown sugar.
Add the vanilla extract and egg to the mixture and continue stirring.
Add flour and baking powder mixture. And mix all the ingredients properly.
You’re almost there! Take 10 to 15 oz batter at a time and roll them on your palms.
Make small balls.
Place them on the baking sheet.
Now take pork and flatten the dough balls.
Keep the baking sheet in your oven and let the cookies bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven but don’t transfer the cookies from the baking sheet.
Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes ad serve.
Tips
Avoid using sweetened peanut butter.
We’ve mentioned 10 minutes. But if the cookies don’t look brown, continue baking.
Don’t apply too much flour, it will harden the dough cookies afterwards.
Airtight the lid while storing in the jar.
