Instructions
Take the mashed salmon, onions, mustard, beaten eggs, pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl. Keep mixing.
Sprinkle the lemon juice and mix.
Now take 15 oz of the mixture at a time and make round-shaped balls.
Allow the patties to sit for 5 minutes.
Now coat the balls into your panko bread crumbs.
This time, take a frying pan and put olive oil. Heat the pan at 375° F.
Fry the balls for 10 minutes. Flip up after 5 minutes.
Remove all the balls from the pan and place them on a plate covered with a paper towel.
Now place them on a wire rack. Let the balls sit on the rack for 5 minutes to cool.
Once the balls are cold, they are ready to serve.
Tips
Reheat the refrigerated patties before eating.
Don’t refrigerate them for more than 5 days.
Use a ziplock bag while refrigerating.
