Instructions
Take a saucepan and boil the milk on low heat.
Now take a jar and add yeast, sugar, and water. And, mix them well .
Once the milk is warmed slightly, add the milk to the mixture of yeast and stir to combine.
Keep this jar of the liquid mixture aside and let the yeast activate.
Take a bowl and put flour, salt and butter. Keep mixing them all together.
Now add the yeast to that flour mixture and keep mixing.
Now brush another bowl with little cooking oil.
Place the dough in the bowl and rub little cooking oil over the dough as well.
Now cover it with wrapping paper and keep it aside for at least 1 hour.
Bake the dough for 30 minutes.
Let it cool for 5 minutes and then cut it into slices.
Tips
Don’t prove for a longer period.
Store your yeast in a warm place.
Take the proper amount of yeast.
Don’t rush while storing the dough to set.
