Instructions
For Marsala Sauce
Melt the butter and sauté prosciutto.
Add the mushrooms, shallot, and garlic.
Pour dry marsala wine and simmer for 30 seconds. Add black pepper.
Mix corn starch in chicken stock.
Add sauce to chicken stock.
Sprinkle the parsley and turn off the heat.
For Chicken Spice
Preheat the grill or over.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
Brush olive oil over the chicken breasts. Dip them into the mixture.
Grill them and serve those with marsala sauce.
