Cooked rock shrimp

Potatoes

Powdered chicken base

Celery
chopped

Ginger
minced ginger

Garlic

Cornstarch

Cilantro

Clam juice

Soy sauce

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Boil 2 quarts of water in a soup pot on high flame
Add chicken or vegetable base. Drop the chopped celery, potatoes, ginger, garlic, and onions
Add the cooked rock shrimps into the concoction and boil
Add the clam juice and soy sauce
Spread half of the minced cilantro on the pot
Add the cornstarch with a little cold water and stir continuously
Add salt and pepper
Garnish the soup with remaining cilantro
