Medium sized white button mushrooms
Instructions
Preheat the oven
Smear butter over the pan
melt the butter over low heat
Whisk in the flour
Cook, while whisking, add the milk
Once it starts to boil, Season with salt and pepper
Stir in the crabmeat, shrimp, scallops, bay scallops, garlic, and parsley
stir in the lemon juice
After cooling down, add the breadcrumbs and cheeses
Mix well
Spoon the mixture into the baking pan
Arrange the mushrooms
Bake for 30 minutes
