Instructions
In a large bowl, place the roast and brush the olive oil on all over the roast
Pouring the beer, let it marinade well at least for 1 hour
Preheat your oven at 330˚ F.
Now rub on the dill and basil finely all over your meat and place the potatoes, carrots and onion in the bottom the roasting pan
Place the marinated meat on to of p of the vegetables
Let the meat roast till it shows desired temperature
Now remove the meat from the oven and let the roasted meat rest almost about 15 minutes.
