Instructions
Place the London broil steak in a shallow dish.
Start whisking olive oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
Keep the steak at room temperature and pour the prepared marinade.
Preheat the oven now, keeping the rack outside.
Use cooking spray to grease a broiler pan.
Place the steak on top of a broiler pan.
Broil steak for 4 minutes until the top gets brown.
Now, carefully flip the steak, and cover using aluminum foil.
Let the steak stand for 10 minutes.
