Elbow macaroni

butter

Milk

All-purpose flour

Shredded cheddar cheese

Grated Parmesan cheese

Dried oregano
Instructions
In a saucepan, cook the macaroni as per the direction of the package
Melt the butter on a low flame. Add all-purpose flour and cook until golden brown
Add the milk, salt, and pepper and whisk gently
Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese and cook until the cheese melts. Add the dried oregano
Drain the water and add the macaroni to the cheese sauce. Mix it well
In a baking dish, pour the mac and cheese. Add the cheese on top
Bake the dish for 30 minutes at 375 degrees
Take the dish out and serve hot
