Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together 2 pounds of ground beef, 2 eggs, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup ketchup, ¼ cup milk, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ finely chopped onion, and 1 minced garlic clove.
Combine with the meatloaf and cover with this.
Pour the ketchup mixture evenly over the meatloaf.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
