Take a bowl and add 6 tbsp of butter and let it melt properly
Add flour to the butter and stir it
Add whisked milk and continue stirring
Add the dry mustard, nutmeg, cayenne, salt, pepper, hot sauce and Worcestershire to the pan and continue stirring.
Now add 3 cups of Cheddar to the mix and continue stirring until the cheese melts.
Take a 3 quart casserole dish and take the noodles on it
Pour your sauce over the noodles
Sprinkle crushed chips over it
Add a layer of bacon and cheese over it
Let it bake for 30 minutes

Tip 1: Boil your pasta to slightly less than al dente,Tip 2: Use block cheese and shred by your own, do not buy the pre-shredded cheese.Tip 3: Whisk properly, it will make the sauce creamy otherwise it will become sticky
