Instructions
Add coconut milk, ½ tsp of vanilla extract, agave nectar, and kosher salt. Whisk them.
Add chia seeds.
Cover the mixing bowl with a lid.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Tips
For preparing granola, buy good quality old fashioned oats, gluten-free oats, or. organic oats.
The chia seeds to milk ratio has to be at least 1:2, otherwise it will be very chewy.
