Instructions
Warm oil on a skillet for 30 seconds
Add, onion and garlic
Saute them for 5 minutes at medium-high heat
After that, add peas, chili flakes, pepper powder, and salt
Stir for 5 minutes
Add crab meat, and soya sauce
Cook them for 10 minutes at medium-low heat
This time, add cooked rice and cook for 5 minutes
Fry the eggs on one side of the pan
Mix the fried eggs with rice
Add the chopped green onion and chives. Stir to mix
Your dish is ready
Transfer the rice to serving dishes and serve
Tips
If you like spice or heat, add chopped jalapenos. It will spice up your dish and increase the taste.
Adding tomato paste or thinly chopped tomatoes will enhance the taste .
Ensure you added enough oil to fry the ingredients and rice. Insufficient oil will distaste the dish.
To make the dish extraordinary, add oyster sauce.
