Instructions
Make a butter and flour mixture at medium-low heat for 5 minutes
Now add milk to the butter mixture. Keep stirring and keep the heat medium-low
Add cooking sherry, and white pepper powder with the milk and bring the mixture to a boil for 10 minutes
Turn off the heat and add cheese. Keep whisking and the milk
Take the bowl of cooked shrimp and mix them with the flaky crabs, and 4 cups of cheese sauce that you made above
Take the tortillas and fill them with the shrimp and crab mixture
Make rolls and place them into the baking pan.
