Warm the cooked yakisoba noodles for 30 seconds in a skillet. Transfer the noodles and keep aside
Saute mushrooms with olive oil and salt for 5 minutes
Add chopped onion, sliced green cabbage, and chopped scallions. Stir to mix
Once all the ingredients are sauteed well, add warmed noodles, hibachi garlic butter, and yakisoba sauce. Cook for 5 minutes at medium-low heat
Your Benihana hibachi noodles are ready
Now saute the peeled shrimp with salt and black pepper for 5 minutes
Now mix the sauteed shrimp to your dish
Top the noodles with chopped jalapeno or any of your favorite chopped herbs before serving
Your dish is perfectly ready

Substitute the Yakisoba sauce with tomato sauce. But keep in mind that the flavor and taste will be changed.
