Instructions
Place a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat
Place drained dill pickles on a paper towel. Pat them dry.
Combine flour and other seasonings to prepare the dry mixture
Add the dill pickles in the dry mixture in batches
Gently place the coated pickles in the oil - one by one.
Fry them for 1 to 2 minutes until it gets a slight brown color.
Remove them from the oil and place them over a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
Tips
Serve the southern fried pickles right away
