Instructions
Season and keep the round steak aside for 5 minutes.
Coat the beef slices into flour.
This time put the frying pan on the stove at medium-low heat.
Add oil, 2 tbsp of butter and stir for 1 minute.
Fry the beef rounds.
Now, put another 2 tbsp of butter, and shallot in the same pan. Stir them for 1 minute and mix well.
This time adds 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour and cook for 6 minutes.
Add garlic and wine and stir for 1 minute.
Now add the beef stock and mix it with other ingredients.
Add the beef stock and stir. Then add the beef round steak into the stock. Give the bay and thyme leaves to spread a nice flavor.
Cover the pan and cook for 3 hours.
Your dish is ready to serve.
Tips
