Give pineapple juice, soya sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil for 5 minutes at low heat.

Grill the steaks for 5 minutes and flip them up in half.
Let the temperature reach 135° F in the medium-rare, and 140° F in the medium.
