Instructions
Mix your soaked bread with mashed potato.
Add salt, black pepper, coriander, chopped onions, green chili, and thyme. Mix them to make a soft dough.
Now add the ground beef and mix.
Take 1 scoop of dough at a time and make balls.
Take a small bowl and whisk the egg.
Dip each ball into the whisked egg and then coat them into your breadcrumbs.
Fry the Boulettes in batches at medium-low heat for 10 minutes. And flip up the balls every 5 minutes.
Transfer the balls to a plate when appear golden brown color.
Your dish is ready.
Tips
Soak the bread in milk rather than in normal water. It will bring lightness into the dough.
Overcooking will make your meatballs tough. So, don’t overcook them.
Adding baking powder 1 tsp will help to stick the ingredients nicely.
