Instructions
Mix ground meat, accent seasoning, and onion soup in a bowl.
Add breadcrumbs, warm water, ketchup, MSG, and eggs when the beef mixture is smooth.
Now brush olive oil on your loaf pan and put the mixture in the pan.
Lay the bacon stripe over the mixture.
Now spread tomato sauce evenly on top of the bacon stripes.
Bake the loaf in your oven for 1 hour at 350° F.
Your Ann Landers meatloaf is ready.
Cut the loaf using a knife into slices and serve.
Tips
Adding minced garlic, thyme, and parsley makes the meatloaf more delicious.
You also can add
Dijon mustard
and
Worcestershire sauce
to the mixture before baking. These two ingredients will increase the taste and flavor.
If you don’t mix sufficient seasoning, the meatloaf will come with a bland taste.
The mixture will go over the baking pan unless you add the breadcrumbs and other ingredients in accurate measurement.
