Instructions
Preheat or set your oven to 375° F.
Mix buttermilk with the wheat bran and let them soak for 10 minutes.
Now take another small bowl and put flour, cinnamon, salt, dates, walnuts, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix them well.
This time get back to the bowl of bran and add cooking oil, egg, vanilla, and brown sugar, and keep mixing them all.
Now add the dry batter you made in Step-3 to the bran mixture. Keep stirring to mix.
It’s now time to take a lined bread pan and pour the mixture into it. Level the mixture nicely and bake for 30 minutes.
Your bran loaf is ready.
Let it cool for 20 minutes.
After that, cut the bread pieces into slices and serve.
Tips
Adding dry fruits to the all-bran mixture typically makes the all-bran bread flavorful and tasty.
Adding fat like butter will also bring a good flavor.
Don’t stir the mixture for long.
You shouldn’t keep the mixture set for a long time.
Add salt carefully. Adding an inaccurate amount of salt can spoil the taste of your
all-bran bread.
